As I have aged, I’ve had to make adjustments to accommodate my changing needs and abilities. Our kids are grown and I now cook small portion meals. It difficult for me to handle my large heavy pots and pans. So I/ve been searching for some that are “just right”. For cooking for two. This 10 inch, 3 quart pan is perfect. It’s light weight, but that is not a sign of poor quality. The first dinner I made with it was spaghetti with meat sauce. Plenty of room inside to brown the neat and the depth cut down on spatter. I removed that and cooked the pasta. 2.5 quarts of water came to a roiling boil in just over five minutes. I drained that and put a small jar of spaghetti sauce into the pan, added the browned meat, and the pasta. All fit neatly in with enough room to give everything a good stir. Medium heat setting warmed all this nicely while I heated dinner rolls. The non stick surface made cleaning my one pot meal a breeze. The pot fits neatly in my cupboard along with my other new “just right”. pots and pans.
