Description
This frying basket is compatible with the large burner from the TechnIQ range. With a diameter of 28 cm and its large surface, it allows you to fry large amounts of food. Its mesh is tight to prevent small chips from getting through. It can therefore be used to fry in oil (chips, nuggets, donuts, etc.) but also to boil ravioli and fresh pasta. The long handle prevents burning when handling the hot basket. The edge of the basket is equipped with a hook to rest the basket on the edge of the pot to drain fried food. The basket should not touch the oil. Made of stainless steel, it is dishwasher safe.

This frying basket is compatible with the large Braisier L from the technical range ref SC54203008. With its diameter of 28 cm and its high height, it allows you to fry large amounts of food.
Its mesh is tight (6 x 6 mm) to prevent small fries from getting through. It will therefore be used to fry in oil (fries, nuggets, donuts...) but also to boil ravioli or cook fresh pasta.
