If you're searching for a quality & durable skillet look no further, I love, love this pan it cooks great plus it's easy to clean especially the bottom of the pan but just make sure you wait till it cools off though but that's no problem it cools off quickly!! This pan allows you to keep the food hot even though you've turned off the burner, plus it cooks your steamed vegetables to perfection. You can cook almost anything you would like in this pan I only wish they had this pan in a larger size, but even though it's not that large you can still cook a lot of food in it. If for some reason you're having an issue regarding their skillet which I didn't have it was just something very minor with the attachment, but their customer service is the best just reach out to them & let them know what your issue is, you won't be sorry...I usually like heavier bottomed cookware; this is very lightweight. You will need to prepare the pot before using it. Fill the pot 2/3 full with water boil about 5 minutes, empty, wipe clean, and repeat two more times. Wipe dry and rub a thin coat of oil inside the inner surface of the pot. Leave in a dry place for 12 hours, wash, dry, then use the pot as needed. I'll repost in a month or so to report on it's condition after typical use.The green is really pretty.I’ve been waiting for an alternative to the Always Pan as I refused to pay $150 for a pan that can’t go into the oven.Enter the Tiborang Pan.I love the versatility and it works in the oven! To try it out I decided to do this chicken and fettuccini baked dish. I had to pan fry the chicken thighs so I followed directions and had it on medium heat and yes, it heat up quickly and pan fried evenly. So in that regard, it’s a nice replacement for a skillet.Next, I had to boil the water for the pasta. I will admit, it took longer to boil water but eventually I was able to put all the pasta in the pan and it fit nicely for me to stir. So it’s fine as a pot.By the way, it comes with a steamer pan that allowed me to put asparagus in the basket above the pasta and use the low pressure lid to do its thing. It steamed well and here’s where 4 stars come in: the directions state to use a fork to release the pressure valve and not your hand. Well I did try to use a fork and nothing and pressed the red button again and it popped inside. That was annoying but it is a rubber thing that I guess is more for decoration.Finally, I added the sauce, herbs and Parmesan and added the chicken back on top of the pasta and in the oven it went. This does come with a removable handle so you need to remove it before putting it in the oven. I baked it for 20 minutes and it came out great! So it’s fine as an oven cast iron or casserole dish (even though it’s not).Clean up is a breeze - you can imagine this In a casserole dish would’ve been a mess - nope, not this. Keep in mind you have to let it cool off before cleaning it. I hand washed it and it cleans like a dream.So all in all, this is a great pan even with the minor flaw of the air pressure valve. I’ll check in a few months later with an update.Love it so much! So classy and beautiful…I hesitate to write reviews until I have used the product several times or have had more than a few months. So far the only issue I have is getting used to using the lid properly. I forget that the little gray "knob" on the lid will make it act as a pressure cooker of sorts and it sometimes will not quit that feature unless I pull the knob out but no big deal there. It has only been a few months but so far it does as promised and is nonstick. I follow the instructions and never use high heat and have found it to work well. As mentioned in some comments the handle has a red "crown" type detail and when hot that crown turns white but it also goes back to red when cooled down. This feature just shows me the pan is hot and has no effect otherwise, imo. Great nonstick pan so far and I feel it was a great price.This pan is great for everyday use! I bought 2 of them and I love them. Iveused them for everything feom steaming to casseroles to frying. It is easy to clean and good sized pan for larger meals.Took it camping, you can cook potatoes in the base and steam hot dogs at the same time! Large capacity. Cook on the stove, take handle off and put in stove! Buying them as Christmas presents.Love it!Took a long time to arrive, even with Prime. The pot is really large, to be honest, only appropriate for large meals. Warning! This was an imported item for which I paid import duty. I decided to return it but Amazon required that I pay the postage which was quite expensive (the pot is quite heavy). Not a good experience - a near complete Amazon failure.This is a great wok and pot,can cook almost anything,great quality at an affordable prices. Highly recommended.
