Does the job nicely. I have been using one of the pans, couple of time, almost every day, for last 1.5 years, i still dont see even a scratch, very durable!Pans are lightweight, cleaning is a breeze!Minor chipping after the first wash. I did not use anything harsh. I read all the instructions prior to using so I was aware of how to properly clean them…. Other than that, they’re fine…This product was used for cooking all types of food. It all turned out to be perfect.Does very well with dry sear or oiled. Even the stickiest cooking comes clean with little effort. Holds up wellI would have returned it because my cover barely fit, but I had returned a few other pans for providing the wrong dimensions.So I was completely surprised by the fact that it cooks fast at lower temperatures, and is extremely easy to clean -- nothing sticks. And it's light in weight too.Overall some of the reviews made me hesitant along with the price, but I actually love this pan. One because it has a metal handle you can use it in the oven or broiler to melt things like cheese if need be. Most of the criticism I saw was from the coating I've avoided having issues with this pan by hand washing it after cooking and not using any types of metal utensils on it which can cut the coating, this was an issue I had with previous non-stick pans I owned, but after learning how to care for different pans I think this one should last a while. As always with non-stick pans if you take care of them they'll last awhile, if you don't want to deal with non-stick and want something that lasts shell out some more money and learn how to use a cast iron skillet which I also own, but they do take a lot more work.Easy to clean, lightweight and reasonable priceLet's be honest, nobody spends 24 dollars on a pan and expects it to perform like professional chef quality cookware. This attractive pan is perfect for my home cook needs, and I love how easy it is to clean with a soft sponge. Obviously, take care of it (no metal utensils and hand wash only) and it will take care of you. I mostly use it for scrambled eggs and for that, it is perfect.
