Like: durability, heat distribution and ease of cleaning. Dislike: nothingThese are just what I needed. Very sturdy the heat distribution is great. The best omelette I have ever made.The pans work great, the nonstick surface is incredible, nothing ever sticks and they are di easy to clean, really are everything that advertise them to be. I would definitely recommend these.The item package was open and the small pan had small stain like it was used before. The handles holds in a screw where it un screws over timeAll three sizes have the same size handle so unfortunately the smallest pan tends to wobble and tip because the handle is too large so you have to be careful when using the smaller pan that you don't tip it. Other than that I think it's a great set and I really enjoy using themI was happy to see these pans arrive as I was excited to try them out. I like the 3 sizes provided in the set as they allowed me to get rid of my mismatched pans and have a matching set! Overall these pans are nice - good weight (not too heavy, but not so light that they felt flimsy). The non-stick interior is nice and looks like it will be very durable for the foreseeable future. I've made a couple things in it and have had no issues with sticking or cleaning. I look forward to having these pans in my cooking arsenal.These are nice non-stick pans! They heat up evenly, hold heat well, and food releases easily from them. The handles are long which makes them easy to move. They are fairly heavy, but personally I think it makes them feel solid. In addition the manufacturer says that they are free of all the acronyms--BPA, PFOA, etc.--which is good for my peace of mind.There is one downside though: they are shipped without the handles attached. Initially this did not seem like an issue because it simply requires removing and reinstalling a screw using the included Phillips head screw-driver. However, the included screwdriver is of questionable quality and could not adequately tighten the handles. For me this wasn't a huge deal--a screwdriver with a long bit worked perfectly--but I really think these should be easier to assemble with the included tool. Really a Philips head screw is just the wrong choice here... an Allen (Hex) key would be far more appropriate.But assuming you don't mind a little struggle with assembly these are a solid choice! I am still getting a sense of their long-term durability and will update this if they start to fail in the next six-months or so.These are heavy. Very nice. The inside is a little rough but seems to work for non stick. They clean nicely. I especially like the handle design that bends up just enough to leave room for your hand and the stove top. They are a little expensive but for the price of nice frying pans I would say they are within the price range. Good product so far.
