IHでオムレツを作りたくて色々調べてこれに決めました。一目見て製品の美しさからいかにも美味しいオムレツが作れそうと感じました。実際に作って見てました。アルミの板厚が厚く熱容量が大きいので控えめな温度で慌てずに、がキーワード。何回が作って随分と上手になったと我ながら感じました。オムレツは技術6フライパン4だそうで、その点でも良い買い物ができました。一部のコメントに取手の温度が高くなる件がありました。確かにその通りですが布巾などを介して握ると安定感が増してコントロールがし易くなるのでこれも経験かなと思いました。今後はテフロンの耐久性がどうなのか？が気がかりですが、大事に使って行こうと思います。
