This skillet is one of the best non stick skillets I have ever owned. It is my go to skillet. Perfect size. Nice high sides helps cut down on splatters. Cleans up like a dream. Non stick properties are the best. Make sure not to use metal utensils and this will last for years. Glass lid fits perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about this skillet.Love the way it cooks food, just have to get used to cooking on medium heat as your not supposed to use on high heat. Plus warming up pan first before adding food. Since most of my family doesn't adhere to these rules I have to hide this pan.This pan is the best for a glass top stove. Happy with this product.Decent pan..Bought this set because several years ago I bought the smallest separately, have used it extensively and despite that, the non-stick surface shows no wear of any kind, so when I needed to replace my 10" skillet I opted for this over Cuisinart, which I have not had equally good luck with, considering the 12" for $10 a bargain. But I could be happier. As others have written, they are rather shallow even for skillets. However my main quibble is that since bottom is slick they slide around quite a bit on my stove, which, with the larger, heavier pans is a nuisance. In retrospect, I don't think a hard-anodized aluminum non-stick is really what you want in a skillet as it is very slow to heat and cooks rather like cast iron. It might also be nice if some cover might fit even if they don't want to make any for them.food get stuck in the little circular ridges in the pan. not a fanQuality and Versatility. Stove, oven, dishwasher... I already had a Circulon pot so I knew the quality. Now I can cook & mix in one skillet or prepare larger portions for gatherings.My old curculon pan was looking a bit past its sell by date after 20 odd years, so decided to but this as a replacement. It’s absolutely fantastic abs I use it most days. Very easy to clean and absolutely nothing sticks. Just make sure you don’t use the low far spray oil on it, that’s what ruined my old one.It was pitched as a Xmas present for my son it had to have a heavy base.Really good quality and lightweight pan.Only negative part is that the lid could've had a little vent hole to let any steam out.I love this pan, use it for frying or great for a chilli con carne.Nothing ever sticks and it’s really easy to clean!Has some weight to it though, with the lid on.Can't say if they're any good - only that they don't work with induction hobs!
